A: Here at 9Tronix we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and up to 30 Days Exchange or Store Credit. Anything sent back after 14 days within the 30 day period can be exchanged for another product or a store credit as long as they are returned in the original condition and packaging. If a unit is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item otherwise we will not authorize the return request. Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made known to us in writing via e-mail. Once the item has been returned, all defective items will be thoroughly tested on site for the problems or issues specified by the buyer. If a unit is purchased and a return is requested because the phone is not compatible with their service provider and therefore does not read the sim card, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee is will be charged as well.
